Are there fees for using Mobile Deposit?
Anna Jonesboro National Bank does not charge a fee to deposit a check from our App.
How much can I deposit?
You can deposit up to $2,000 per check and up to $3,000 total in one day.
Can I deposit any kind of check through mobile deposit?
You can deposit checks payable in U.S. dollars and drawn at any U.S. bank, including personal, business, and most government checks. Checks must be payable to, and endorsed by the account holder.
Checks and other items that are NOT eligible for the Mobile Deposit Service include: tax refund checks, international checks, U.S. savings bonds, U.S. postal money orders, MoneyGram, remotely created checks (whether in paper form or electronically created), electronically created items (items created electronically and not derived from a paper check), convenience checks (checks drawn against a line of credit), non-American Express traveler’s checks, cash, checks that are illegible or contain MICR data that is not machine-readable, and duplicate checks.
What is the cut-off time?
Checks deposited by 3 p.m. CST will be considered to be on current day’s business. Checks deposited after 3 p.m. CST or on weekends or holidays will be on the next business day. All deposits are subject to our Funds Availability Policy.
What should I do with my check after I deposit it?
Keep your check in a safe place until you see that it has posted to your account and then destroy it.
When are my funds available?
Funds are generally available by the second business day unless we place a hold on the funds. If we do this, you will be notified by mail, and the funds will not be available for withdrawal.
Who can use mobile deposit?
Mobile deposit is available to anyone who uses our Mobile App. (Mobile Deposit services will be disabled in the event of suspicious/fraudulent activity)
What do I do if my deposit is rejected?
If we reject your deposit for incorrect or insufficient endorsement, sign your name and write “For Mobile Deposit at AJNB” on the back, and try again. If we reject your deposit for any other reason, bring it in to one of our branches for further assistance.
